The fate of mankind concerning energy hangs by a thin thread from the flawless solution of this phenomenon – and from EUR 46 million.

Independent physicist Helmut Laage offers an experiment of a new solution of the above phenomenon.
And because not every billionaire is a physicist, who can understand the formula presented above and can therefore not imagine why the energy future of all mankind depends on the flawless solution of the mass increase phenomenon, there is a generally understandable help for Physics laymen in the first section.
In the second section you will learn that the funding of the true solution of the mass increase phenomenon is not assured and that only one single billionaire may invest EUR 46 million; and that cumbersome governmental funding will not be applied for.

Help for physics laymen:
The phenomenon:
In 1901, it was a great sensation when W. Kaufmann discovered during his experiments with fast electrons that escaped from Radium, that electrons increase their mass with increasing velocity, measurable at speeds over 10,000 km/s (kilometres per second) - (for comparison: the International Space Station (ISS) orbits the Earth at 7.7 km/s).
Over time it could be shown in high energy physics today, even with new international, multi-billion euro expensive particle accelerator machines it is not possible to accelerate electrons or other electrically charged particles - let us simply call them electrically charged micro bodies – to light speed (light speed = approx. 300,000 km/s); because their mass increases increasingly faster near the speed of light - at least it happens so when it is measured with the available measuring devices.
The Assertion of general validity:
A. Einstein claims in his theory of relativity that the speed of light must be the ultimate highest speed in the universe that can neither be reached by a micro body nor a macro body in the universe and consequently cannot be reached on earth. - His theory of relativity is, among other things, based on this claim.
To calculate the mass related to the velocity of any bodies, he uses the relativistic mass increase formula from his theory of relativity from 1905, found today in all academic physics textbooks. According to his theory, this formula is valid for any matter that is accelerated, – But unfortunately, it only applies to the electrically charged micro bodies known until now.
Here is his formula, once again, for laymen:
In the formula, the letters stand for the numerical values to be inserted
m = changed mass of any body in kg (kilogram) after acceleration.
mo = mass of the previously dormant body in kg
v = the speed of the body in km/s after acceleration
c = speed of light (approx. 300,000 km/s)
Einstein and the mainstream of physicists, blinded by wishful thinking, like to interpret experimental results so that they confirm the theory of relativity. They claim despite all objections that the relativistic mass increase formula has to be valid for any random body thus also for any macro body. And not only valid for the mentioned electrically charged micro bodies. - They believe that if a macro body could be accelerated to a very high speed its mass would grow too - for example after an acceleration to v = 259,800 km/s it would double from mo = 1 kg to m = approx. 2 kg -- as the formula commands. At speeds even higher then 259,800 km/s the mass would grow according to the formula more and more. And very close to the speed of light it would become infinitely large.
But this cannot be proven,
because there is no machine, even not the most powerful, that can accelerate for example a 1 kg weighted object - let alone even larger macro bodies - for instance people or rockets - to such high speeds that such mass increase would occur when calculated using the formula. Not even a small macro body, for instance a penny, could be accelerated to a speed of 10,000 km/s; at which speed, according to the formula a slight increase in mass should be observed.
E = mc²?
We have seen: The above-mentioned general validity of the relativistic mass increase formula cannot be proven for all possible bodies, especially not for macro bodies or uncharged micro bodies. Then it cannot be prematurely claimed that it is nevertheless valid for all bodies.
But just this is always claimed in order to avoid endangering Einstein's famous relativistic mass-energy formula E = mc², in which the relativistic mass increase formula is included because both closely linked formulas are the backbone of his theory of relativity:

Laymen don't need to understand this mathematics. Only do read the text.
And to say it once again:
If the general validity of the relativistic mass increase formula cannot be proven, then the connected relativistic mass-energy formula E = mc² is of course also not proven generally valid.
This is particularly painful for the defenders of the formulas. Likewise, Einstein's whole theory of relativity stands on a shaky foundation. Even when there seems to be positive approaches that the indignant defenders of the theory always point to; nature never lets itself be affected by such formulas.
The theory of relativity is becoming an increasingly blocking disruptive factor in the gears of physics:
Up until his passing in 1955, Einstein was bitter about the fact that the Nobel Committee in Sweden did not want to give him a Nobel Prize for the theory of relativity.
Already, the amount of new negative experimental results concerning the theory of relativity is increasing. These negative symptoms were not known 100 years ago when the two closely linked above-mentioned formulas of Einstein were invented.
Through the rigid adherence to the unproven universal validity of both formulas, further energy research and research in the basics of mankind existence is steered in the wrong direction. Progress comes to a standstill. The theory of relativity is a train to nowhere.
How to jump off from this train to nowhere:
It is not enough, to state that the general validity of the relativistic mass increase formula cannot be proven, (see above: no suitable accelerator machines).
What we need, is a proof with a proof-experiment that all bodies in the world do not at all increase their mass related to their speed.
Otherwise, there will never be a change in thought among the energy researchers hypnotized by the theory of relativity.
But why make the accelerated electrically charged micro bodies an exception?
And increase their mass as the mass increase formula commands, measurable with the today used electro/magnetic measuring devices (e.g. in the gigantic international accelerator-machines).
The truth is: This question cannot be answered with the theory of relativity because it only provides the above mentioned formula but not the internal mechanism in the smallest detail for increasing masses.
This question only can be answered with an up to now unknown special measuring device.
So, what we need is such a special measuring device.
Section 2
The funding of the proof-experiment and special measuring device is not secured.
Only one single billionaire may invest EUR 46 million.
Unwieldy government funding will not be applied for:

The Proof - Experiment Plan:
Laage finished the plan for the experiment. The experiment finds out why only electrically charged micro bodies show the typical speed-related mass increase with the available measuring devices.
The result will change the knowledge of the world from the bottom up.
Because there is a need for a new and clear knowledge base to control over the inner mechanism of the electric and magnetic attraction and the force of repulsion. - "Clear" would mean: similar to the clearness of the detailed illustrations of the inner mechanism of gravity used in Laage's above-mentioned gravitational theory book.
It is foreseeable that without the new knowledge base coming out of the results of the experiment, all new concepts for developing a modern energy reactor will fail to finally deliver plenty of cheap and clean energy when the last oil and natural gas reserves are exploited and coal burning is prohibited…
Funding is not secured
The funding of the planned proof experiment to solve the phenomenon is not secured.
Until now, Laage has invested a sizeable amount of his own resources into the planning of the experiment.
He still needs and is still looking for EUR 46 million for the experiment to construct the complex testing facilities and for personnel costs.
The location of the experimental plant to be built is dependent on international negotiations. The establishment and basic calibration of the experimental plant last 2-3 years. - The experiment itself takes only a moment. Just as the follow-up demonstrations as a sensational media event in front of invited guests.
Laage does not apply for government funding. - (Too cumbersome)
There is enough spare cash in the world.
With this website, Laage is looking for a single private co-investor as an experiment partner, who is ready to invest EUR 46 million into solving this phenomenon.
This single investor will be registered into the golden book of the history of mankind.
A financial gain is not expected.

Weather dependent wind power plants, solar electricity collectors and biogas facilities and so on are not sufficient to produce enough affordable energy for industry, households and the 100 million electric cars hoped for on earth. Example Nr.1
ITER does not function:
The new fusion reactor experiment ITER in southern France - which costs EUR 10 billion and with time 20 billion and is run by the European Union, USA, Russia, Switzerland, Japan, India, China and South Korea - isn't functioning, as well as for over 60 years all 400 small and bigger and bigger internationally distributed experimental antecessor's reactors (England, Russia, the USA, Europe, Japan …) have not functioned.
After the last billions of euros expensive European fusion reactor large-scale project JET in Culham (England) failed, now the above-mentioned once more larger international experimental reactor ITER in southern France should imitate the sun on earth.
But again with the old recipes and lack of basis knowledge of the electric-magnetic forces it does not succeed to control the hot plasma in the reactor.
The operators tell the politicians that the experiment might at least work partially in 2050, at the earliest.
Example Nr.2
Sun electron neutrinos - too few:
Apart from that we still don't even know exactly how the sun that we want to imitate works. For over 40 years, huge underground detectors in different countries which cost billions of euros have been searching for the precalculated number of sun electron neutrinos – precalculated with the Einstein formula E = mc².
All to no avail.
As mentioned, the mainstream physicists caught up in wishful thinking cannot imagine that the formula E = mc² is not universally valid.
