Remark:

I had attempted in 1979 to found a private nuclear energy research stock corporation KEFAG.
After my hair-raising experiences which then followed in the years 1979 to 1981 with private investors, finance consultants, government authorities and the 518 representatives of the German Bundestag (Parliament), I will not attempt it ever again.

Perhaps the expired time has allowed insight to grow as to which energy situation mankind meanwhile belongs.

I am still ready to offer advisory consultation, where appropriate.

in reactors

I offer experiment instructions as an aid to improved understanding of the fusion energy generation in reactor plasma. The experiment promises first insights into the internal mechanism of the repulsive electrical forces which hinder the fusion of ions in reactors. The experiment exceeds the usual effective cross-section calculations.

My contribution to the above experiment is limited exclusively to the disclosure of my experimentation instructions. The experiment must be implemented according to these instructions.
